At Simply Suppers, we sell digital products that are delivered electronically. No physical goods are shipped.

Digital products

Our products, including The Weeknight Dinner Planner for Two, are supplied as digital downloads.

Because digital products can be accessed immediately after purchase, the normal cancellation rules differ from those applying to physical goods.

For UK customers, where you expressly agree to receive the digital content immediately and acknowledge that you will lose your statutory 14-day cancellation right once the download begins, you will no longer have the right to cancel simply because you change your mind after access has started.
